Each treehouse and accommodation are located in specific private areas, with its very own outdoor area and mini forest. The Yoki Treehouse, for example, is my favorite. It is perched on a Cypress tree with a spring-fed ravine right below it. It features an open-concept floor plan with a living area, kitchen, and bathroom found inside, with the bed placed on a small loft above the cozy couch.

The interiors are modern, minimal, and luxurious, with everything you need to enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay. A bathhouse is also located across a small bridge, featuring a beautiful and indulging soaking tub with glass windows that face the breathtaking nature that surrounds this Austin treehouse rental.

Perfect for a romantic couple getaway, or a group of friends who want to relax and unwind in nature, the Yoki Treehouse is an experience worth taking.

5. Hobbit Treehouse on the River Ranch

If you’re looking for a fun-filled weekend adventure with the entire family, I have the treehouse for you. The Hobbit Treehouse on the River Ranch is located in Weatherford, about 3 hours and 20 minutes from Austin. It sleeps 6 up to 8 guests, with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a hot tub on the deck, a full kitchen, central heating and air conditioning, and a BBQ grill on the balcony.

Perched above the river, there’s a small waterfall within meters from the treehouse, and can be viewed from one of the spots on the deck. Sip a cup of coffee or enjoy a glass of wine as you take in the breathtaking natural surroundings.

It is secluded and private, with no other homes in the area, so all you’ll hear are the sounds of the leaves as they sway with the wind and the relaxing flow of water on the waterfalls and river.

There’s also so much to do and see here, from petting animals in the mini zoo to river rafting to hiking around the property, to stargazing at night, your family will most definitely make core memories in this stunning treehouse near Austin.

The bathroom is shared with other glamping tent guests on the property. A designated fire pit and picnic table are also provided for guests, which are located on the grounds right in front of the glamping tents.

There’s also a shared covered hot tub on a deck, as well as a fitness gym, a games room, rope games, and plenty of activities to do within the property. There’s a large spring-fed creek, where guests can swim, stand-up paddle, kayak, and enjoy a wide range of water activities right on the property.
