As the capital city of the state of Georgia, Atlanta is known for its famous hip-hop scene, Civil War history, and frequent events.
Also known as the “City of Trees,” Atlanta’s unique canopy of trees that surround the city makes it different from other urban cities, where trees are a rare sight.
The city also sits on the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains, which means there are plenty of opportunities for nature exploration and breathtaking locations for treehouse rentals.
From rivers to creeks, mountains, to rolling hills, the unmatched natural beauty of Atlanta makes it one of the most beautiful settings for unique treehouse rentals in the US.
In this list, I’ve gathered 6 unique and eclectic Atlanta treehouse rentals you won’t find anywhere else. From unique metal structures elevated above ground level to a 1956 airstream placed over an elevated deck, these treehouses will make you want to plan your next Atlanta vacation.

Location: East Point, Georgia
Price: $280

This is one of the most interesting treehouses I’ve ever seen. It’s designed to be a unit for two adults only, but it’s huge, with plenty of space on the lower deck, and it even has a games area, with a ping pong table.
The entire rental is divided into two parts: one for romance and the other for play. The romance part of the tree house features a private wood-fired hot tub, and a 1956 airstream, also known as a Spartan hodge podge, which houses the bedroom, kitchenette, and bathroom.
The other part, which is the games area, features the ping pong table I mentioned earlier, but also the large lower ground deck with plenty of space to lounge around. There’s also a garden, a BBQ grill, and a fire pit.
5. Tin and Juice Retreat with Hot Tub

And yet another unique treehouse in East Point, Tin and Juice Retreat got its name from Snoop Dogg’s song called, Gin and Juice. It’s a fun play of words since the main material for the treehouse is mainly metal, and thus, the use of the word “Tin.”
Quirky name aside, this treehouse is beautifully designed and made. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and sleeps 3, perfect for a romantic East Point getaway.
It’s far from the noise and chaos of an urban city, but it’s also close enough that you don’t feel too isolated and secluded from the modern world.
The treehouse features an open-plan living area, with the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom, found in one space. A hot tub is also featured, but it’s shared with other guests on the property. There’s also a fire pit for guests to use, as well as a beautiful outdoor space for reconnecting with nature.
