It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and sleeps 16. It’s one of the biggest treehouse rentals I have ever discovered, and looking at its facade is like looking at a dream treehouse for a big family.

This mansion has two main structures, one is the three-storey main treehouse, and one is the smaller treehouse located a few steps from the main treehouse and connected via a wooden deck.

It is also part of a 50-acre property with 7 other guest houses, which include a smaller treehouse, a Civil War cabin, a country studio treehouse, a homestead, and others.

Shared amenities include a chicken coop, large areas of outdoor space, hot tubs, and hiking trails within the land. The main mansion includes air conditioning, a kitchen, a washer and dryer area, a hot tub on the ground-level deck, a pond where you can catch and release fish, a meditation labyrinth, and a creek that runs through the property all year round.

The property is lush with nature, making it a beautiful treehouse rental for a big family or several families vacationing together in Tennessee.

A luxurious treehouse home located north of Nashville, this rental features 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, and sleeps 6. It is also an ideal family-friendly vacation home for small families. It also has a well-appointed kitchen, plenty of outdoor space, a balcony, wide spaces inside, an outdoor shower, and WiFi. There’s also a dining table in the middle of the deck, as well as a BBQ grill.

There are two main structures in this guest house. The first is the main treehouse with one bedroom and one bathroom, where the kitchen and dining area are found. The second treehouse or sleeping pod is found on the other end, which can be reached via a bridge. This is a smaller treehouse, which is perfect for couples who want more privacy away from the family.

The property grounds have a country setting, with a chicken coop giving fresh eggs to guests, and plenty of outdoor space for walking, strolling, or simply enjoying time in nature.

This one-bedroom and one-bathroom treehouse is the adjoining treehouse of the Stunning Treehouse Mansion. It’s a stunning space that’s cozier, designed for couples, and features three stories with a deck that overlooks the creek and of course, the gorgeous landscape that surrounds the rental.

It has a kitchenette, a coffee-making area with local organic coffee beans provided, a detached bathroom with a toilet and sink, and of course, a deck with outdoor seating for having a quiet afternoon outdoors in comfort.

The property is over 50+ acres with so much to do and see, such as a shared hot tub, farm animals, and a private hiking trail.

In terms of location, Springfield downtown is only 5 minutes away, so you won’t have problems with getting supplies. Local restaurants, shopping, and entertainment are a short distance away.

4. Treefort Balcony Suite

This treehouse is also located within the same property as the Stunning Treehouse Mansion. It’s a building with a studio treehouse and a hot tub for 6 located on the upper deck. The treehouse itself features a bed for 2, a full bathroom, and a kitchenette with basic kitchen appliances such as a coffee maker, toaster, and microwave oven. However, you won't be able to cook in this treehouse.

This studio treehouse rental in Tennessee is good for two adults, and it also has air conditioning, a washer and dryer area, water views, and pets are welcome. Out of the deck, there’s a large Jacuzzi for 6 to 8 people, with views overlooking Carr Creek.

Guests of this treehouse can also enjoy the shared amenities here, such as a hiking trail, picnic areas, a pond for catch and release fishing, and communing with nature and farm animals found within the 50+ acre property.

There's also an outdoor deck with seating, offering views of the neighborhood. The Overturn Park and the Memphis Zoo are just a few minutes walk away from this rental.

All in all, the Treehouse Suite has an area of 1,032 square feet, making you feel like you’re staying in your own private treehouse suspended among Cypress trees but found right in the heart of Memphis, TN.
