Features of the rental include 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, and sleeps 4. It is a great option for a small family or group. It also has an open concept, where the kitchenette, living area, and access to the deck are found in a big space inside.
Other highlights include free WiFi, a 52” flat-screen TV, air conditioning and heating, and a hot tub on the deck. Guests are also treated to a large outdoor space, where a fire pit and a picnic area are yours to use.
There are also other treehouses on the property, and guests can use a shared swimming pool.
2. Owls Nest Treehouse

This treehouse is also located within the same area as The Chasing Fireflies Treehouse, which sits on the border of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. It is perched at 20’ above ground level, offering a genuine treehouse experience for guests.
It has one bedroom, and 1 bathroom, and sleeps 4, making it another treehouse rental in Pigeon Forge that’s perfect for a small family. The bedroom has one queen bed, but it also has a sofa bed to complete the sleeping arrangements.
There’s also Wi-Fi, a 55” TV, a hot tub on the deck, with a BBQ grill. It’s a small treehouse that’s cozy and homey, with owl decor to match the name, as well as wooden cabinetry that makes it a cute treehouse with a log cabin aesthetic.
I particularly like the red front door and cabinetry that add a unique touch to this rental. Guests also need to know that since this rental is perched at 20’ among the trees, you need to walk up a flight of stairs to reach it. Undoubtedly, this is one of my favorite treehouses to ever find. There are 4 structures connected together with bridges, making it a unique and fun rental for big families or even different groups of families.
There are a total of 4 bedrooms and sleeps a total of 16. It is also perched at 25’ to 50’ above ground level, which means it’s high up in the treetops for the ultimate treehouse experience.
There are also bunk beds, which kids and teens will enjoy, and one separate structure also has an open concept where the living area features a foldable bunk bed.
There are plenty of tall, wide, glass windows, framing the beautiful forest outside, merging both the indoors and outdoors in one space.
There are also 2 kitchens, plenty of outdoor seating on the decks, and a hot tub on the main ground-level deck that’s surrounded by trees.
Featuring clean, modern, and minimal interiors, this 5000-square-foot space is a joy to stay in, making it a fantastic option for a family vacation.
4. Rachel’s Treehouse

This treehouse cabin is made of wood and stone, and once you’re inside, you are treated with plenty of natural aesthetics, with branches and twigs used in its furnishings and decor.
It’s built on an actual tree, which goes through the middle of the log cabin. It starts at the bottom level, goes through the middle of the kitchen, and ends at the top level, so you’ve got an actual tree in the middle of this Pigeon Forge treehouse rental.
It features one bedroom, and 2 bathrooms, and sleeps 2, perfect for a couples retreat or a solo stay. It also has a cozy balcony with outdoor seating.
5. Luxury Treehouse Built By The Treehouse Guys

This treehouse was built by The Treehouse Guys of the DIY Show. It’s also formally called The TreEscape, featuring 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and sleeps 4. It also has a hot tub, air conditioning, a kitchen, a deck, and a BBQ grill.
Located in Sevierville, it is only a 12-minute drive from Pigeon Forge, as well as all the nearby attractions, sights, shopping, and restaurants. It is perfect as a honeymoon retreat, a couples getaway, or a writer’s retreat, as it’s located on a beautiful private property with nature surrounding the rental.
The bedroom is a loft with a full bed but the living area sofa can also be used as a sleeping spot for guests.
This treehouse rental in Pigeon Forge is beautifully built and primarily supported by 3 live Oak trees and a Hickory, making it an authentic treehouse experience.
6. Treehouse Mountain Chalet

A gorgeous treehouse that seems to come out of fairy tale books, this treehouse mountain chalet is also known as Dusty’s Treehouse. It has 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, and sleeps 4, complete with a kitchen, a living area, and a washer and dryer area for longer stays.
It’s located in a private, secluded, and peaceful spot, with overlooking views of the forest. It also has a private and convenient driveway where you can park your vehicle right in front of the treehouse.
Other features of this rental include WiFi, air conditioning and heating, a heart-shaped bathtub in the bathroom, floor-to-ceiling windows for great views of the woodland, and its semi-round shape makes it a unique structure.
Found in Gatlinburg, it is only 14 minutes away from Pigeon Forge and located on Ski Mountain Road. The Ober Gatlinburg Ski Resort and Amusement Park is only an 11-minute walk away, making it a perfect attraction to visit for families staying at the treehouse.
